I use an embodied, relational perspective that looks at your unique context and life experiences. My areas of expertise include stress, anxiety, depression, grief & loss, career change, trauma, relationship challenges and family therapy. I am currently providing support via telehealth only and have weekday, weekend, and evening appointments available.
In our work, I will help you uncover patterns of relating that no longer serve you and increase awareness of what options are available & what stands in your way so you can move forward. We will identify your strengths as well as areas for growth, and develop new skills in order to create meaningful, lasting change to help you live the life you want.
