My goal as your therapist is to help you find your unique path forward and realize your full potential–be it personal, professional and through important life transitions. We will be working together towards a deeper and honest understanding of your current life situation, the choices you have made and why, and reflecting on constructive, innovative and thoughtful steps forward. In our work, I will aim to show you meaningful connections between your past and present patterns of behavior, so that we can see your present with more clarity and support you in making wise and caring decisions about your life.
People I work with usually struggle with life transitions, feeling stuck, overwhelmed and frustrated about where they are today. I strive to create a warm and connected relationship with my clients and view myself as a guide, coach, and warm supporter of your positive change. Being Swedish and educated in France, I also offer therapy in Swedish and French.
It can be hard to make that step toward starting therapy and I am always in awe of the courage my clients show in agreeing to start telling me about their lives, being open to my feedback and together building an understanding of their situation today. Working with people in therapy is one of my passions and I would consider it a privilege to work with you.
