Welcome. I'm a Licensed Clinical Psychologist, Certified Group Psychotherapist, and trained EMDR practitioner. My specialties include trauma, depression, anxiety, relationship problems, climate distress, and existential issues. I particularly have experience working with young adults and creative professionals, and providing group therapy. My work integrates several therapy approaches including psychodynamic/psychoanalytic, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), existential, and EMDR. We can work together to formulate a plan that is best suited to your goals and needs.
My core philosophy is acceptance & responsibility. We can’t get anywhere if we don’t acknowledge and accept where we are now. Having compassion for yourself is essential, and we can work on it from day one. The more we accept what is outside our control, the better we can embrace responsibility, heal, and live.
I work in my Manhattan office on Mondays and virtually the rest of the week. I offer EMDR both virtually and in person. My goal is for you to understand the process and be in control of your own treatment. Feel free to request a free phone consultation!

Interpersonal Process Group for Young-ish Adults
For adults in their 20s-30s. In a group setting, the therapist can help you learn about your interpersonal habits in real time and you have a safe space to express yourself, receive feedback, and try new behaviors. If you are particularly unsatisfied with your relationships or your ability to connect, group therapy may be even more powerful than one-on-one treatment.
