Do you look like you "have it all together" on the outside, but inside you're falling apart? Have you felt misunderstood, judged and gaslighted by those around you? Do you need support understanding your neurodivergent identity from someone who truly gets it? I'm here for you. I specialize with late-identified (after 12 yo) ADHD, Autistic and Gifted people ages 12+ who suffer from anxiety, chronic stress, overstimulation, executive dysfunction, meltdowns, depression, self-harm, suicidal thoughts, and unresolved trauma. All of my work is neurodiversity affirming!
I also offer neurotype assessments which evaluate for holistic traits of ND neurotypes, including ADHD, Autistic, and Gifted types. These assessments differ from a diagnosis, which is based in a deficit/disordered medial model. Instead my assessments are ND-affirming, strengths based, and focus on positive aspects of ND brains as well as the challenges.
I am not your average therapist. I take an active role in the room and work from a coaching/mentoring framework. I work best with clients who struggle in traditional talk therapy, and need a more direct approach. You can learn more about my approach on my website.
