We all have hiccups in life and situations that knock us down. It takes a lot of strength and courage to reach out for help. If you have stumbled upon this page and are tired of feeling the way you do, I want to help you find wholeness. If you are at a place in life where you wonder what happened and how you got to where you are, I want to help you find your happiness.

I help adolescents and adults resolve issues with unhealthy life patterns such as depression, anxiety, conflict, anger, and help them find hope, forgiveness, and healing. I am not here to judge you. My goal is to provide a safe space where you can share your thoughts and find solutions. Additionally, I have a dog who joins me in therapy 2-3 days/week.
