We are a group of clinicians who offer comprehensive psychotherapy, pregnancy and postpartum support, neuropsych testing, and speech-language services for children, adolescents, adults, and families. Our treatment approach is active, supportive, and collaborative. We offer evidence-based treatments, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), relaxation/mindfulness skills, and behavior management techniques.

Our clinicians work compassionately and collaboratively with clients to make positive life changes. We are committed to helping people manage anxiety and depression, change hurtful and unhealthy relationship patterns, and cope with stressful or challenging life events.

We also offer psychological and psycho-educational evaluations to children and adults. Evaluations can be helpful when there is lack of clarity or understanding regarding the reasons and causes of emotional, psychological, learning, or behavioral challenges. We are here to support you. This monthly workshop aims to help expectant grandparents get up to date on current best practices regarding baby care, to trouble shoot possible areas of generational conflict, and to provide a safe place for grandparents to air their fears, disappointments, and expectations before the baby arrives. Points of conversation may include: Should I visit at the hospital? Should I ask to stay with the new family when they come home? What is "normal" breastfeeding/ infant crying/ mother's mood? What are the best ways to assist a new family? Navigating the mind-shift from parent to grandparent.
