This group is primarily for professional women who have been dealing with relationship issues, anxiety, isolation, loneliness and depression. This group is to not only provide a support network of women to enable treatment support, but it will also offer a variety of treatment guidance options, coping skills and educational information regarding anxiety, depression and boundary management. The support given and information gained from group therapy participation in such that will be useful for anyone to help successfully navigate life's difficulties now and in the future.
