In our sessions together, we'll take a holistic approach providing care + attention to your body, mind and emotions. We will listen to your symptoms, which provide cues to deeper issues of your unconscious, in an effort to alleviate your suffering and guide your Self towards wholeness. The pace of therapy will attune to each client's unique process + needs. My style is collaborative + curious. Many clients express how our sessions have led to lasting change in their lives.
Areas I specialize in include grief + loss, life transitions, identity + sexual awakening, career development, relationship difficulties, codependency, depression, anxiety, and complex trauma. My practice is body positive, sex positive, LGBTQIA+ affirmative, in solidarity with BIPOC, and is informed by Jungian and depth psychology + Gestalt therapy.
I am licensed to provide therapy in CA + NY. I work well with people who value self-reflection and who invest in their psychological process. I offer dreamwork for those interested.
