My clinical background includes working with adolescents (ages 10+) and young adults in both a school based setting and outpatient mental health facilities. I specialize in the treatment of OCD, anxiety, depression, perfectionism and life transitions. I take an integrative approach using evidence-based practices such as Exposure Response Prevention (ERP), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and combine them with mindfulness practices.

My goal is to support my clients in growing a healthy and trusting relationship with themselves. Therapy is a dynamic, creative, and relational process and I will work with you to develop healthy coping skills, increase self-esteem, and create a life worth living.
