As a therapist, my goal is always to meet you where you are and listen to where you want to go with therapy. We will work together to find the path you desire and I will guide you with numerous tools at my disposal to assist you in meeting your personal goals. I provide non-judgmental encouraging support with what ever level of directiveness you may require to motivate you toward the change you seek.
