Adult OCD Support Group

Starting Virtually September 16, 2024! This group is designed for adults living with OCD to have a safe space to share their experiences with others who understand, gain tips and knowledge of how to cope with obsessions and compulsions, and build connections with resources. Exposure and Response Prevention education will be provided. Most major insurance accepted or self-pay $40 per session
