I have familiarity working with individuals with a variety of mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, stress from significant life changes, and substance use. I provide clients with a person-centered approach that is affirming and nonjudgmental. I strive to be sex positive, culturally sensitive, and LGBTQ+ affirming. I understand that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. I incorporate a blend of many different approaches to ensure that you are receiving the best possible care for you.
I am a Master Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) Practitioner. ART is a brain-based and evidence-based therapy that is proven to be highly effective in treating trauma, depression, grief, phobias, anxiety, OCD, and addiction. ART provides rapid relief in as few as 3-5 sessions. Please visit: acceleratedresolutiontherapy.com for additional information.
I strive to create a safe environment where people can feel comfortable and affirmed as they embark on their journey of personal growth. As you take this step, it would be my honor to work along side you as you make positive changes in your life.
