The belief that we’re not "good enough” can infiltrate every area of our lives, limiting our potential for joy and fulfillment. It steers us towards detrimental behaviors, relationship patterns, and choices, causing dissatisfaction and unhappiness. We try to heal ourselves by rejecting our perceived flaws, but it does not work. This is because growth lies not in self-criticism and rejection but in self-compassion and acceptance.

In therapy we will build awareness about what is driving your decisions, (even if they don’t seem like decisions!), so that new paths will suddenly appear to open up to you. We will address your challenges from the inside out creating real and everlasting change. With therapy, you can heal, develop self-worth, and lead a great life.

I work with individuals, couples, and the queer community, specializing in depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, harmful relationship patterns, and childhood trauma. I have a Master of Arts degree in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University and a Master of Science degree in Business Communications from Ithaca College. Call me for a free consult!
