I work with individuals of all ages—from children and their caregivers to adults—who face challenges such as neurodivergence, depression, anxiety, panic attacks, phobias, OCD, ADHD, exploring gender or sexuality (or both!), chronic health conditions and disabilities.
My therapy style is relational, strengths-based and flexible. I am sensitive to learning styles and will offer visual supports to those who find it helpful. I'm direct and genuine in my approach, and people tend to feel at ease with me.
