You deserve to live unabashedly as YOU. Are you finding you're living a reactionary life, full of anxiety, shame and despair? Are you hoping to feel more empowered, authentic and validated when feeling vulnerable? Then you have come to the right place. Prioritizing your mental health and wellness is huge. Our work will help improve your self-esteem and self-acceptance. I work with individuals of all ages—from children and their caregivers to adults—who face challenges such as neurodivergence, depression, anxiety, panic attacks, phobias, OCD, ADHD, exploring gender or sexuality (or both!), chronic health conditions and disabilities.
My therapy style is relational, strengths-based and flexible. I am sensitive to learning styles and will offer visual supports to those who find it helpful. I'm direct and genuine in my approach, and people tend to feel at ease with me.
I'm passionate in helping others. A caretaker at heart, I have worked serving those with disabilities for over 20 years. Our work will help you be empowered to live the life you want to live. Therapy can be a life-changing experience, and I am glad you are here.
