Therapy is a deeply personal experience and I am honored to partner with you. My passions are women's issues (i.e. infertility, TTC, pregnancy loss, postpartum, parenting), LGBTQ+ concerns, trauma, identity concerns, and adjustment challenges. The power of the therapeutic relationship is immense, and I aim to partner with you to create meaningful change. This includes navigating the painful and difficult moments together, and also using humor and genuine connection to find relief and comfort as you process emotions. I'm here for all the concerns you may be having- no problem is too big or small for us to work through together.
I earned a PhD in Counseling Psychology with an emphasis on women's and gender-related issues. I have advanced training in perinatal mental health, Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) for treatment of trauma, and training on inclusive mental health care for LGBTQ+ community members. I specialize in mental health related to transitions across the lifespan.
