At Soulful Bloom Therapy we strive to provide culturally competent & evidence-based therapy for individuals, couples, and families. When people are able to sustain healthy relationships they tend to be more fulfilled in their lives and more empowered to reach their goals.
My areas of special clinical interest include: anxiety, relationship distress, premarital/marital therapy, life transitions, and self-care.
