I work with adults and families, and am certified as an Adoption Competent Therapist with training from FSU's Harris Institute for Early Childhood Development. I specialize in helping clients recover from sexual trauma and have extensive experience in providing counseling for depression, anxiety, and other responses to traumatic events.

As an EMDR Certified Therapist and a Certified Daring Way Facilitator, I utilize research-based approaches to support healing and growth. The Daring Way, based on Dr. Brené Brown's research, empowers clients to live more authentically, while EMDR therapy, a well-researched method, addresses a wide range of symptoms stemming from distressing life experiences
