The teenage years can be some of the most difficult times. These years are also a crucial part of social, emotional, spiritual, and mental development. I specialize in mental health treatment for teenagers and young adults. I believe a healing relationship with young adults can create a safe place and assist to empower them to explore their needs while feeling heard and understood.
It is crucial to recognize how our thoughts, emotions, and experiences are intertwined to create our perception of the world. Throughout the course of therapy I integrate holistic approaches to allow the young person to become more in tune with how to navigate their emotions and handle the stress of this difficult time in a healthy and effective way.
It is my hope that the tools learned will increase one's connection to self and create healthy relationships with others and the world around them.
