My group practice specializes in children, adolescents, adults, families, and couples. We provide professional, clinical counseling for trauma, PTSD, depression, anxiety, sexual abuse, adjustment issues, women's issues, and family/couple support. Our approach is to compassionately support clients in finding greater peace through developing strategies to maneuver through life with more ease, using a variety of therapeutic techniques - including trauma informed work, mindfulness, play therapy, structural family therapy, couples therapy, CBT, DBT, EMDR. Groups
Tween Girls Self-Esteem and Social Relationships
Fifth and sixth grade girls come together to discuss tween/teen issues and look to build healthier senses of self and peer relationships. Utilizing a variety of curriculum and tools, girls will have access to developing better understanding of problem solving, conflict resolution, and improving social communication skills. Other topics include social media, relational bullying, friendship dynamics.
