There are many things in this world that can complicate life and it can be challenging to navigate it. Societal pressures place unrealistic standards and oppressive systems create barriers. This takes a toll on our bodies and minds. It makes us feel as though we will never be enough. Everyone deserves to have connection, love, and to live authentically as themselves. That includes yourself. My goal is to create a safe space for us to explore your authentic self together. I provide a person-centered, anti-oppressive, harm-reduction therapeutic approach. This allows us find ways to work with your body and mind instead of against it.
I specialize in eating disorders, LGBTQ+ issues, neurodiversity, and chronic health conditions. My approach affirms that anyone, regardless of body size, gender identity, neurotype, or ability, can develop an eating disorder. These intersecting identities changes the presentation of someone’s struggles with their relationship to food and body.
It takes courage to reach out for support and I would be honored to walk this journey with you. Please feel free to visit my website to learn more about me and see if I am the right fit for your goals.
