Reproductive trauma is often overlooked, causing us to feel isolated, ashamed, and out of place. I have personal experience and professional training in the nuances and emotions that go along with many of the issues that my clients face. Whether you are dealing with infertility, pregnancy loss, postpartum concerns, or other reproductive trauma, I am here to help normalize, validate, and empathize with your story. We will work to help you with coping with this new normal and allowing space for the grief and fears associated with it too. Together we will make space for your story and emotions.
Having personally navigated the journey of infertility, I deeply relate to the struggles many of my clients face. My goal is to offer relatable strategies and a supportive environment where you can explore and accept your journey, and reframe the narrative around it. I provide client-centered, effective care for clients at any stage of their journey.
Whether you prefer in-person sessions in North Bethesda, MD (complete with snacks, coffee, and a comfy couch!) or telehealth options for clients in MD, DC, and VA, I am here to support you. I am honored to be part of your journey toward healing and empowerment. Taking this step towards mental health relief is a courageous decision, and you deserve it.
