I also offer couple, LGBTQIA+, & polyamorous relationship counseling with a focus on teaching communication skills & processing trauma impacting current connection(s).
I’m compassionate, creative, and eclectic in my therapeutic approach. I use a combination of somatic & mindfulness skills, parts work, EMDR, and attachment-based therapies to help my clients have resources in the present and process past traumas.
