I specialize in complex trauma, anxiety, and addiction/substance abuse. Through care, compassion, curiosity, validation, creativity, and relationship, I create a safe space for healing, expression, and self-exploration. I have a life-long commitment to social justice and I continuously work towards cultural humility.
I'm a licensed psychotherapist with a degree in counseling psychology from the expressive arts therapy program at CIIS in San Francisco. I'm cis-gendered Chicana & Anglo, with a lived experience of healing & recovery. I'm affirming of LGBTQI and consensual non-monogamy.
