Hello, I'm Ruby! I am here to be your biggest cheerleader, thought untangler, and copilot through the ups and downs of life. My approach is both direct and warm, creating a safe space for open dialogue and exploration. Maybe you aren’t feeling so much like yourself anymore? Maybe you are often disregualted and you aren’t sure why? Maybe there are some painful things from your past you would like to work through? Together we will examine thought/behavior patterns and address core wounds to allow you better understand yourself with compassion and adapt healthy coping strategies so you can move forward effectively in your life.
Everyone needs something different, which is why my approach is adaptable and can evolve to fit your needs as we go deeper into the therapeutic process. That being said, I bring expertise in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), parts work, and a strengths-based approach.
