As a therapist, I believe my role is to be someone who provides a safe environment where clients can learn more about themselves and process without fear of judgement. Whether you have specific goals in mind for therapy or are just wanting to dive into some self-exploration, it's rewarding for me to help you get to those "aha!" moments that can lead to positive changes in your life. I believe that good therapy is a collaborative process, and I feel honored when clients allow me to help them work through difficult emotions and process traumatic experiences.

From my experiences working with people who struggle with addiction and helping both adults and teens process their trauma, I've seen that most of us were never really taught healthy ways to cope with painful feelings and experiences in life. My goal is to help you learn healthier ways to relate to and deal with these feelings.

The most profound changes I've experienced in my own counseling could not have happened if it weren't for the therapist first helping me feel unconditionally accepted and emotionally safe to talk about the things I felt most shameful about.
