My goal is to support you to move toward increased healing and wholeness in your life. I take a collaborative, holistic, practical and empathic approach where connection is at the core of my work. My aim is to empower you to work with your emotions and to utilize your strengths as a means of moving through anxiety, depression, OCD, overwhelm, trauma and insecurities.
I have experience working with individuals from all walks of life and I have worked extensively with adults, college students and teens providing both therapy and advocacy for my clients. I am excited to continue to work with individuals of all ages, genders and goals for therapy and to support my clients in finding the best tools for their healing.
