I have a particular passion for working with athletes of all levels; professional, collegiate, and recreational. As a former high school and collegiate rower, I understand the physical, emotional, and mental challenges of athletes and their families. I work with athletes who are struggling with anxiety, confidence, focus, or team dynamics. Additionally, I work with athletes experiencing acute and chronic injuries, pain, illness, or physical changes with aging.
