I specialize in supporting people in healing from attachment wounds, relational trauma, abuse, neglect, and the impacts of societal oppression. I see my work through a social justice lens that looks at the whole picture of the world we are living in, not just from the perspective of individual pathology. I believe in the resiliency of the human spirit, and our innate capacity for individual and collective healing. I endeavor to help you re-claim your voice, your power, and your intuition.
I offer a variety of tools including hypnotherapy/guided imagery, EMDR, mindfulness, somatic therapy, and EFT/tapping as appropriate within sessions. These skills, when offered within the context of a trusting relationship, can be life-changing. My aim is to help you increase your ability to regulate emotions, cope with stress, and make empowered choices.
