Our Stories is a group for female survivors of sexual abuse. The group meets in-person and is limited to 6 members, in order to maintain connection and privacy. The group will follow a 6-week schedule focusing on using somatic and creative/expressive techniques to help clients navigate healing.

This is a Virtual therapy group for postpartum women looking for help adjusting to motherhood. Members throughout the state of NC welcome. Mothers with babies up to 18 months are welcome to join. Topics include: PPA/PPD, SAHM, working moms, and more.

This group is for moms at all stages of motherhood that are looking to decrease perfectionism and increase acceptance. We meet monthly or bi-monthly depending on the availability and needs of the group members.
