I want to help you face these difficulties head on and move from just keeping your head above water to thriving.
I have experience working with individuals of all ages struggling with big emotions and unhelpful beliefs about themselves and the world. I am trained in comprehensive Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and utilize behavioral and cognitive techniques. I often also bring in interactive and experiential activities to make therapy creative, fun, and playful.
