I specialize in emotional ease and the healing of issues that impact the quality of our lives. With over 25 years of clinical experience, I support clients to access their inner resources and strengthen coping skills so they can design the life they seek. My work focuses on turning emotions into wisdom (emotion regulation), managing stress (distress tolerance), and teaching others how to treat us (interpersonal effectiveness). These skills can help us deepen the meaningful connections with loved ones and improve the overall quality of our lives.
My virtual groups for adults offer opportunities to learn skills while engaging with others. Our focus is on both interpersonal effectiveness and emotion regulation. We explore dialectical ways to engage more effectively with others using real life situations. We also learn how to regulate our unique emotional patterns adapted from our childhood needs.
