As a digital nomad, I work through a virtual platform from wherever I am in the world. As a licensed psychologist in the U.S., I have a strong background in providing assessment and psychotherapy in addition to supervision for licensed clinicians and clinicians in training in any PSYPACT state. As a trauma-informed coach, I can help people from most places in the world become more familiar with who they already are as they become adept at utilizing resources available to them in the here and now.

While focusing on a current experience that is challenging them in some way, clients learn how to more effectively utilize their own internal resources to explore and understand that circumstance. As they do, they become more agile at setting and achieving goals toward a desired outcome in a way that is also meaningful to them.

Overall, goals and outcomes are selected and attained in a way that is more aligned with their current sense of self and future intended way of being. Because of that, clients also gain a greater sense of agency in navigating challenges and more confidence in their ability to define and achieve meaningful gains when challenged.
