I believe that every human being has deep inner wisdom guiding them toward the healing of their core emotional wounds. My role with clients is to support them in tapping into that wisdom. Together we will work toward further understanding yourself, compassionately examine your behavioral patterns, and explore possibilities around new ways of being.
My methods are grounded in psychodynamic theory and my techniques include a range of psychotherapeutic and behavioral approaches. I have advance training in psychodynamic theory, meditation and mindfulness, non-violent communication, and Internal Family Systems Therapy. I specialize in working with people who identify as caregivers.
Whatever our work together looks like, my overarching goal is first and foremost to serve as a compassionate witness, to create a container in which all parts of you are welcome, to listen intently and nonjudgmentally for what each of those parts most needs, and to facilitate your attuning to and listening to your most authentic self.
