I am passionate about Intergenerational family healing: both family of choice & biological families. I work with clients who are living with anxiety, depression, and trauma survivors. By doing the work to cultivate connection to your personal, family, societal and cultural history, you open space to more fully understand who you are & live as your authentic self.
