Growth and healing are a huge part of our life process. And, that doesn't mean it isn't hard. Everything we experience molds who we are and how we see ourselves and the world. Sometimes those experiences are really rough. Our current society is one that encourages people to “pick themselves up by the bootstraps” and keep moving forward without help. There is nothing wrong with getting support on your journey. A new perspective and support could be just what you need to move forward in your life in a more fulfilling way. I believe we all have what we need already inside of us. Sometimes we just need a little help to remember it.
I provide counseling to adults and couples. I also specialize in coaching. I use methods like hypnotherapy and NPL. When we meet we will have a conversation and evaluate where you are in life and whether coaching or counseling is the best fit for you and your goals. I currently provide online sessions only.
