Currently accepting new clients for ketamine therapy and EMDR and now IN network with Kaiser, Cigna, and Medicaid! If you've done therapy before but you want access to your subconscious to deepen your self understanding, then I can be your guide. By using psychedelic therapy with ketamine or EMDR we use all sources of deep inner wisdom to undo the things that aren't working anymore and strengthen the things that are! Sometimes talking just isn't going to cut it, and our own language and societal norms can be self limiting factors. We can cut through that in a safe way together to help you flourish in your unique humanness.
I have over twelve years of clinical experience and own Heart Wild Therapy, LLC. I identify as a white cisgender straight female, and strongly welcome individuals whose identities differ from mine. I specialize in trauma/EMDR, ketamine therapy, perinatal mental health, life transitions, and health/wellness. I help people move from surviving to thriving.
I strive to support my clients on their life journey in a way that feels collaborative. I tend to be flexible and adaptive when it comes to my therapeutic style, conforming to individual needs of my clients. Your confidentiality is always a top priority.
