My practice is virtual, using HIPAA-compliant videoconferencing, to make help more accessible to you.
I am a perinatal mental health-certified EMDR therapist and specialize in women, young adults, and adolescents. My practice focuses on anxiety, depression and mood disorders, trauma (including birth trauma and sexual assault), infertility and loss, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), life transitions, and LGBTQIA+ and multicultural identities.
