The past few years have been a time of growth, change, and unpredictability for many people. Perhaps now you are looking for a space to connect with yourself - to delve into both practical concerns and inner work. As an LGBTQ+ therapist with a commitment to anti-racism, I am dedicated to creating a shared space that fosters courage, healing, and authenticity. Building trust in ourselves and others is at the heart of this work. With an open mind, I am prepared to work together to identify goals, set intentions, and co-create a unique plan of care together. There is no perfect time to begin, and I welcome you to come as you are.
As a psychotherapist, I specialize in creating a healing space for the LGBTQIA2S+ community, along with allies and family members. I am experienced in supporting people living with HIV and other chronic illnesses. I also work with polyamorous folks as they navigate life and relationship dynamics. I welcome a focus on social justice, community, and allyship.
I offer a tailored approach in order to meet the needs of each person. I integrate aspects of EMDR, Internal Family Systems Therapy, mindfulness, somatics, creative expression, relational techniques, and trauma-informed care within the healing journey.
