I work with clients to uncover areas that are hindering their growth, discover their strengths and how to utilize them and collaboratively discard thoughts, ideas and behaviors which don't serve them. I am in supervision for my Certified Substance Abuse Counselor and in clinical social work license.
I view therapy as a collaborative and relationship in which I am merely a guide to facilitate the client's innate capacity to heal and discover and be their best self.
