I specialize in anxiety, past traumas, ADHD, disordered eating, confidence, feeling overwhelmed/inadequate and perfectionism. It can feel impossible keeping up with everything that life throws at you. Whether that's traumatic events, relationship struggles, or trying to keep up with day to day tasks while keeping loved ones happy. Life can feel like a constant battle with stress and overwhelm. I take a direct, empathetic and non-judgmental approach that creates a safe and warm environment allowing you to explore your inner thoughts, feelings and behaviors that may be contributing to these feelings. More information on my website.
I use EMDR, CBT and person-centered therapy. In addition to these approaches, I utilize evidence-based somatic techniques such as mindfulness to reconnect us to our thoughts, feelings, and surroundings during times of anxiety and panic. This approach allows you to explore new areas of yourself and the patterns that have been keeping you disconnected.
This process of finding a therapist can be scary and intimidating. I ultimately want you to find the best fit for you and your goals. Free consultations are offered. I'm currently accepting new clients and have evening availability. It’s your life. I’m here to help you explore, support and connect.
