Tired of constantly thinking about food and your weight? Or feel like your relationship with food is hurting your sport performance? You are not alone and it is not your fault. I am here to help you develop more adaptive coping skills to achieve a sustainable recovery from your eating disorder and get you back to living your best life. Additionally, as a sport psychologist and former athlete, I understand the unique challenges and pressures athletes face especially as it relates to body image, nutrition, and the "mental game" of sport.
I use evidence-based practices and a personalized treatment plan to optimize your goals and cultivate overall athlete well-being. My approach draws from a variety of evidence-based techniques including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and other third-wave Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) approaches.
I'm all about creating a safe, non-judgmental space where you can be your authentic self. We'll celebrate your victories, big and small, and tackle challenges head-on.
