Hi there! First, I want to commend you on taking the first step to seeking the right fit for therapy services. I have a great passion to help individuals who are experiencing a variety of difficulties that life may bring. I strive to help my clients find healthy perceptions of themselves and mutually develop goals for therapy. I want my clients to feel complete, empowered and safe.
No single approach is right one for everyone, so I enjoy using a range of different therapy approaches tailored specifically to each client’s needs. I feel that the life experiences each person goes through, no matter the age, is what makes us all so different from one another, which is what I find so intriguing and exciting about practicing therapy.
My personal goal is to achieve overall well-being and happiness for my clients. I aim to motivate others to be their best selves every day. Outside of the office, you can find me traveling, singing, watching movies and/or cuddling with my dog. I can’t wait to work with you and watch you flourish!
