Teen Empowerment Group

8 Group Sessions - 7pm Tuesdays Starting on November 5th 2024, with breaks during the holidays. Dates: Nov. 5th, 12th, 19th, December 3rd, 10th, 17th, and January 7th and 14th. Topics: Mindfulness & Meditation, DBT, Healthy Relationships, Navigating Young Adulthood, and more! Ages: 14-18. $25 per session - $200 overall for the 8 sessions. Sign up by calling (215)220-4500. This group is for teens who want a space to feel seen, heard, and understood while gaining valuable tools to help them cope with life stressors. There will be 8-10 group participants.
