Women's Resiliency Group Therapy
During challenging times, it’s easy to lose sight of the strengths that have supported us in the past. This therapy group is designed to help women reconnect with their resilience and inner strengths. Participants can express their feelings, nurture resilient qualities, and find emotional support through connection with others. The group is especially helpful for women facing loss, relationship issues, low self-esteem, anxiety, or unresolved trauma that may hinder their progress. Through psychodrama, psychoeducation, mindfulness, and other empowering techniques, participants will build resilience, foster personal growth, and experience healing in a supportive, therapeutic setting.
