Autistic Teen Group- New Round Starting November
This group promotes a positive and individual understanding of what it means to be Autistic. The group includes a mix of educational content (e.g. understanding sensory needs) as well as opportunities for self-exploration on a variety of topics important in your teen's life. The group is 8 sessions starting Wednesdays at 5:30 - 6:30pm. We will begin the next round of this group in November.

Neurobears: Autistic Young People Grades 1-4
This 5-week group is structured around the Neurobears Course for Autistic Young People. Each week the group will watch a clip from the Neurobears model and discuss the content as a group. The goal of this group is to help foster positive insight into what it means to be Autistic, offering the opportunity to explore and authentically understand who they are. Concurrent group for parents will happen at the same time. We also hold a group that is the parent component to this group.
