Looking for your purpose, trying to heal from childhood trauma or maybe just looking for a "safe space" to talk and clear your thoughts? We often go through life with a lot of "Whys?" and "What Ifs" but how do we take those questions, our past, and even our fears, and use that as the fuel to find our purpose; Our Healing! If you are looking for someone who offers transparency, is relatable, and is willing to help you get to your next level, look no more! I work with children (ages 6-12), teens and adults. Heal on Purpose! "There is no greater agony than bearing an untold story inside you"- Maya Angelou
I am trained in Trauma Informed Care and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and certified in Mental Health First Aid which allows me to respond to clients and individuals who may be experiencing a emergency mental crisis. I am looking forward to working with you to obtain the change and healing that you are seeking. I am currently accepting new clients.
What do you do when life is throwing you lemons? Catch them and make the best lemonade you've ever had in your life! If you are ready to take the next step and begin your healing journey or a teen looking for a safe space to vent, contact me to complete a consultation! I can't wait to meet you!
