Drawing from my understanding of trauma and relationship dynamics, I strive to create a nonjudgmental space to explore emotions, develop coping strategies, and strengthen your sense of self-worth. I offer a compassionate and client-centered approach to help you gain self-control, address unwanted negative thoughts, and stop emotional overreacting.
