Have you been struggling with symptoms of Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, or anything else that feels too big to manage alone? Many times when support/help isn't available, us as humans turn to unhealthy coping skills and adaptations that don't actually serve us. Engaging in therapy can help identify the skills you are already using that may be working, and also incorporate new ones. I am passionate about working with those who need someone beside them to help heal from trauma and use their strengths to rediscover themselves and their attachment(s) to those they care about. I also am passionate about working with the LGBTQ community.
When working together, I gear treatment towards your individual needs. We work towards resetting the nervous system by using a Somatic Model while working through issues you are experiencing such as Anxiety, Depression, and Trauma. Being in ones body is a huge part of healing. I will provide a safe space for you to bring compassion to your humanness.
