You've probably discovered that life has presented you with a myriad of curve balls. Perhaps traumas from your past are lurking beneath the surface, waiting to be unveiled. Maybe you even notice your body sending you signals that something "feels off", or feel stuck in unhealthy relationship patterns and crave to break free. Waking up to our realities is a vulnerable and brave act, which can oftentimes feel frightening. I hold space for all of these experiences. Through trauma-informed psychotherapy and somatic (body-based) interventions, we will safely enter into a deep healing process for lasting change together.
I specialize in trauma, life transitions, grief, anxiety, psychological abuse and narcissistic abuse. In our work, you will learn to: 1) have a healthier relationship with anxiety, fear and stress 2) get clear about boundaries, emotions, and needs 4) learn how to listen to your body's signals 5) re-story your life so that you look forward to your future.
Though the canvas of your life may be filled with hardships, it is still possible to experience contentment, safety, security and joy. You do not need to navigate this healing process alone. I welcome you to reach out to me for more questions or for a free consultation.
