I have extensive experience working with individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, stress, low self-esteem, self-harm, body image, mood dysregulation, unhealthy coping skills, adult ADHD, trauma, grief, life transitions, divorce recovery, and other adverse life experiences.
I provide individual counseling for teens and adults. I am a LGBTQIA+ friendly counselor and can provide faith-based counseling upon request.
